Huge fight! OK, don't bother salvaging this one, just fight it out and watch the show.

The good news is that you are about to get a free mining ship and some other bits. That mining ship, a Venture, is actually a pretty handy tool if you want to mine or explore, in a pinch it could even be used in level one combat missions, but that will be for later.
