So I got a skin from CCP that I just dumped for 10million isk. Nice! On top of dumping a bunch of other junk I had left over I have over 17 million isk.
Hmm, so I built the Talwar, after a few mistakes I now realize that it'll be a bit crippled, but it should be able to kite and shoot stuff. I have a 30 second cap with the shield booster running, but the shield resists are 56-63%. Crossing fingers, with errors I just burned a hair over 2 million isk . Not too expensive.
